“What an amazing surprise”
After searching frantically for a place in Toledo, I stumbled upon this great hotel. Not only is the staff amazing, professional, and beautiful, the rooms are so clean and comfortable. We had a room on the ground floor twins bed uncomfortable very noisy room since beside the corridor door to reception. Bathroom ok no more. Big disappointment. Staff is fairly friendly no more.
