“Overnight Stop”
We stayed at this hotel recently on our way from Almeria to Santander. It has a carpark situated behind the hotel which was why we picked it as our car was full of our belongings and we didn't want is parked on the road. “Some friendly”
Half the staff were friendly whereas I did get irked by the one chap (Barman possibly?) who thought it was funny to gabble at speed in Spanish, I assume what he was saying was derogatory because the young girl staff were highly amused - and this encouraged him more. “Beautiful traditional interior”
The hostal is centrally located in the city and offers parking. The rooms were small but clean. The breakfast had a good selection of coffees from the machine. The service was friendly. We had some problems using English.

“A little gem”
This was a resting place on a journey to Cordoba from Alicante. It is a simple hotel but the Spanish speaking staff were friendly and helpful. The room was plain but adequate however the best part was the 16 euro dinner - effectively five courses (three of them starters) and including adecent wine.… more

“This is a good standar Hostel, not a hotel”
This hostal is well located and inexpensive. However not so great, other than for parking, Kone elevator and AssaAbloy room locks. Staff was not very friendly or interested in us. Room was small and cold. Breakfast was not bad, however......
