The guesthouse has a launderette, TV and reading room, a garden, vending machines and a meeting room. The main façade is under renovation. In the meantime, there is a temporary entrance to the guesthouse at Calle Santa Clotilde, 3.
Building of traditional construction..Located in the hip and trendy Gracia area of Barcelona, very close to Gaudi's Park Guell and within easy reach of the main centre and Gothic quarter. Surrounded by several shops and restaurants. Close to libraries and cinema's. Good connections to the main centre and with all universities by Metro (L3 Lesseps) as well as Buses (22, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 39, 74, 92, 116).
A buffet breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 10:00 and from 08:00 to 10:30 on weekends and bank holidays. Breakfast includes: toast, jam, butter, pastries, milk, coffee, fruit juices, cured meats, fruit and cereals.

“Nice for it’s price!”
We’ve stayed there for 5 nights in the end if September. We’ve got a room with a double bed, and 2 balconies, and it was roomy!) “Clean facilities; Very helpful and friendly staff; great breakfast”
I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks. The place was very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. I am recommending this hotel for the people like me who are on a budget. I would stay in this hotel when I return to Barcelona. :)
