“Beautiful traditional guest house”
To be honest I didnt have great expectations as I knew the property would be quite dated but our group had 5 rooms and we loved it! “Cosy and quiet - simple”
Warm family hotel, a bit old style but quite cozy. Very quiet, located at 5mn walk from Falkenberg’ restaurants and city center / river / park for a run. Among best priced hotels in the city. What else ?!

“The cost- performance ratio could be improved”
The bath room was old and several easy to repair or replace constituents did not wirk properly. The bed was not convenient, especially if used by a couple: a big gap opened and there was no chance even to make it a bit smaller. “Ok”
I'd say a guest house more than an hotel, reception only opened for few hours, good location 5 min walking from the center, free car park available, nice and clean room however the bathrooms need some renovation. (Also I haven't found such a bad toilet paper in years in an hotel room)
