“Beautiful hotel - excellent food - lovely surroundings”
Converted from a former manor/castle and on the shores of a lovely lake. Very comfortable rooms, excellent food, fantastic service. Charming atmosphere all through it.

“Lovely weekend with the grandkids”
Wonderful experience. Rooms were very nice. We were given three rooms next to each other . Grounds are lovely and there was plenty for the kids to do. Even had a playroom which meant we could park the kids there and relax. (Only complaint was that the pool was a little cold). Food and service we… more

“Nice atmosphere but mediocre price / quality”
The hotel certainly has a lot of character: the whole atmosphere is historic, cosy etc. The gardens are amazing, as well as the surroundings of the hotel. The staff is helpful.
