“A pleasant surprise”
We spent one night at the hotel and did not have big expectations. To our surprise we liked the room very much. Good size, clean and lovely warm colors. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Several channels on TV, some of them Englishspeaking. Lovely, rich and tasty breakfast. You can make your own waffle… more

“Adequate but average stay”
Clean and adequate stay in Säffle. Dogs allowed, charging the car FOC. The restaurant had a short a menu and could not offer Aperol Spritz. The burger was nice though. Breakfast below average. The worst scrambled eggs I have eaten, probably made from powder. The staff was friendly.

“Cold pool”
Very neat room. Good food. Good bed. But very cold water in the pool. We have to leave early because we couldn’t do anything for the cold water in the pool. The reason of our stay on the hotell is their pool, but it’s too cold to swim.

“Average hotel, seems understaffed ”
Stayed here for two nights as part of a wedding group. Had buffet on the first evening - and with such a big group dining I would assume there would be more than two staff handling the bar and front desk. We ate at 7pm but none of the plates or glasses were cleared until 11pm - was nobody attending… more
