“Staff make this place exceptional”
We stayed here over Christmas and New Year’s 2025. It was a last minute trip for us that was booked by a friend that ended up not being able to make the trip, so we weren’t sure what to expect. “Perfect comfortable ski-hotel!”
Very nice, well situated, clean and guest friendly hotel. We missed the ski-bus, couldn’t get back to Morgins and the hotel picked us up directly. Super service. Easy to get to the ski-lifts and room for your ski-boots. Nice rooms with good bathroom and shower. We really enjoyed being here.

“School ski team”
Sadly we did not get to stay at the Helvetia Hotel due to a last minute event cancellation but Jane was wonderful from beginning to end and provided us with a stress-free experience. We've stayed here before and everything was great. We look forward to staying here in future ski seasons!
