We loved this hotel , yes it’s rustic but the view from our room over looking the river was lovely. The elephants seem well looked after and have alot of freedom you can often seeing them roaming around the grounds with their keepers. This place is absolutely exceptional. How anyone could write a negative review is beyond me. You can tell the staff really care for the elephants.
