“Not great”
My family and I were promised rooms next to each other on the same floor, but we were placed on completely separate floors. We arrived at night and were placed in temporary rooms which were not nice at all, and some of us were never moved. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling, wires were sticking… more

“Rapport prix qualité resonable”
If you are looking for something practical,I suggest you this place.It's clean and the staff are nice and smiling.Very near from aksaray tram station, restaurants , and shop boutiques. But ,there is some noise and crowdedness.Also bad smelling in some rooms coming from outside.

Hotel staff doesn't speak English. Everything is much smaller than it looks on the pictures. It's really tiny! Breakfast is not that great, because there are no many foods to choose from.
