“Friendly and helpful”
The hotel is very convenient for access to the main attractions of Istanbul, only a few minutes walk to the tram which takes you to all the places you need to see, you can also walk to them if your young and healthy, but the tram is cheap and very quick and regular. “Good Choice for Budget Hotel in Central Location”
The Melita Hotel is relatively small, but nicely kept and managed well. Our room was upgraded, so we cannot speak to the normal rooms. The hotel was pretty average, and that's an overstatement. The rooms are very tiny and the breakfast isn't filling at all. My friends stayed in a room where to bathroom lock was broken, and the hotel wouldn't get it fixed even though we stayed for 8 days. All that being said, this is a pretty cheap… more
