“Kind Staff and good location”
The staff at this hotel are amazing. The information desk staff, in particular, were fantastic. His name is SALVATION. He personally helped us with our luggage and guided us to the bus stop so our friend could catch the havaist. He was truly the best!

“Amazing hotel hope to come back soon”
It was so great to stay in this beautiful hotel and were so convenient, everything was close to the hotel, metro station, grand bazar, galata tower. You could almost find everything and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Mehmet receptionist he speak excellent English.
