“24 hours in Istanbul”
Our first visit to Istanbul as a group of friends and only for 24 hours. The man on reception was so helpful, suggesting a mini itinerary of where we could visit near the hotel in the time we had there plus arranged a dinner cruise/show on the Bosphurus for the evening. “Excellent Manager and Gizem, lovely staff”
The Manager and Gizem and all the staff were very friendly and always happy to help in any way. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The Maid was lovely and maintained our room beautifully. Would love to stay again.

“I recommend it to everyone”
Incredible courtesy, cleanliness, helpfulness, delicious and plentiful breakfast, daily cleaning, and I could go on and on. I can only recommend it, 10 minutes walk from the attractions. I am grateful for everything.

“wheelchair on the hillside”
Very nice staff, very nice breakfast, very nice location for istanbul in the historic center. Difficult to navigate for a wheelchair though because steep streets around.

“GREAT LOCATION AND AMAZING PERSONNEL !”
Thanks to the hotel staff, especially KADRI who was so helpful and Nice ! We had an amazing time at the Pell palace, room was clean, we could eat real turkish breakfast and the spa was extraordinary. The location is great, 10mn away from the blue mosque on feet.
