The people and property really made this a great experience. As mentioned previously here, Wenie lived up to expectations. Exceptional professionalism and hospitality. I’m sure I’m forgetting a few but Garry, Jeffrey, Prince, Reina, Mufassa, and the all those we met on the grounds crew + housekeeping were great. Our family enjoyed our stay last week.

First time to Turks. Maybe the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever had. We absolutely loved Kokomo. Immaculate cottages, very comfortable, even nicer than they look in photos. As everyone says, the service is amazing. Absolutely everyone working there is incredibly kind and dedicated to making sure guests are having a great time. Wenie seems to be everywhere at all times, making sure the place is running like clockwork. (Our flight was canceled due to East Coast weather and we needed to stay an extra night - and Wenie was so helpful and understanding.) Jeffrey is a gem. But really everyone is great. We didn’t rent a car and were happy about that. We were looking for an extremely relaxing getaway after a rough year, and we got it. Took the 5-minute shuttle to Kokomo’s beach every day, swam, snorkeled, took walks, read, napped. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. Much nicer than the more crowded section where most of the big hotels are. Quiet, peaceful, uncrowded, and incredibly beautiful water. We cooked some meals in our cottage and went out for a few dinners (CocoVan and Somewhere Cafe are great). Herbert is a fantastic taxi driver - responds immediately. If you love to swim, love big peaceful beaches, love quiet, private hotels - I highly, highly recommend.

If you're searching for the kind of holiday that quietly rewires your soul, Kokomo in Turks and Caicos is exactly that place. This boutique resort is everything you hope for: immaculate surroundings and an intimacy that larger resorts cannot manufacture. But what elevated our stay from beautiful to genuinely unforgettable was Wenie. In a world where hospitality can often feel rehearsed and transactional, Winnie was the real thing. We were made to feel like the only guests at the resort; she anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, checked in with warmth and genuine care, and kept everything running seamlessly around us. She embodied what true hospitality looks like, and I cannot overstate how much her attentiveness shaped our entire experience. Winnie, if you're reading this, you are an absolute gem. I will be honest, as any fair review should be, there were a couple of rough edges in the service from other staff members that felt out of step with the otherwise exceptional standard. The lady at breakfast on our first morning was unfortunately off-putting enough that we didn't return, and one of the bartenders lacked the professionalism you'd expect at a resort of this caliber. These things are worth mentioning simply because Kokomo clearly has the bones of a world-class experience, and bringing all the team up to Winnie's standard would make it flawless. Would I return? Without hesitation. Would I recommend it? To every person I know who deserves a proper escape. Kokomo is special — and with the right people around you, it becomes magical.

This place was an oasis. I'm so glad we stayed here and not right on the beach, it was so lush and private. The property was gorgeous and so well landscaped, with twisty little paths to explore. From check in to check out (and even after) we felt welcomed, safe, and well looked after (even when we were off the property). All the staff and drivers were friendly and helpful, but Wenie the concierge and management went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed (and left nothing behind!). Our cottage was perfect with a well equipped kitchen, and as other reviewers have noted they provide a local cell with hotel contacts and taxi recommendations. We chose not to rent a car, so this was incredibly helpful. Great value. Well kept/clean, and generally quiet (there is a school nearby, so you do hear some morning exercises). If I could go back, I would stay here again.
