“Needed Improvements Would Not Be Difficult for the Hotel to Make... But”
Deficiencies that could easily have been corrected detracted from the stay at the Mum Resort. On the positive side, the room was spacious and (mostly) clean. Bed was firm but comfortable. it is a modern architectural facility,with all expected arminities typical of an urban hospitality facility few meters from the iganga ,jinja high way , where one can enjoy both local and English cuisines

“Standards have slipped”
Rooms at Mums Resort are very pleasant, clean and spacious but the food is poor and the organisation of meals is bad. Guests usually have to wait a long time for food. Improved Supervision of staff would soon iron out these annoying problems.
