“Great customer service”
I spent one night here on a business trip. I was welcomed nicely and shown to my room. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. My waiter was very nice too and quick to handle my requests. “Nice facilities with Wifi and good breakfast”
I was staying in Gulu for about two nights on a stopover going further north. This place I think caters to conferences. They have a large room for breakfast and have wifi as well. This hotel has fairly large, clean rooms with a mixed variety of room types....the best they got is a suite which looks more like a standard deluxe room in a 3-star.
