“Great stay and amazing staff!”
We stayed in both a standard room and family room and although the family room wasnt ready the staff sorted this out smoothly and straight away. The location of this hotel was 1.3 miles from Hayes train station and was a pleasant walk. There are plenty of shops on the way there and the area felt very safe. “A Hotel You Can Trust”
I’ve stayed at Premier Inn for over 10 years and it’s always excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice, quiet atmosphere and no noise issues.
