“Great location and facilities but poor IT”
Our lodge was clean & tidy and well appointed. We loved the hot tub and used it each day. The marina is well located and is a good base for a holiday. We enjoyed the marina cafe. “Great staff”
We stayed in a Standard room within the small hotel on site for two nights. Our bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean & stocked with mini Shampoo and shower gels. Staff were warm and friendly, but overall the accommodation is very dated for the price. “TIRED & DATED LODGE”
We had booked to stay in Elm Lodge on the site through AIRBNB but when we arrived tired after a 7 hour drive from W Cornwall we found it had not been cleaned after the previous guests. Stayed in a standard room and I wish I had booked a better room,room is cold and bathroom isn’t nice they need updating,but staff are lovely and the lake is beautiful..just don’t book a standard room
