“Six Bells”
Very nice place. The food was great value, lots of choices and enjoyed everything I tried in four nights. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. (Thank you for the fan) The garden is beautiful and a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink

“Unfortunately we will not return”
We stayed at the six bells for one night. We were disappointed to find our room was very small and the bathroom tiny. “If you come for Dads Army, you’ll be disappointed.”
We visited the pub due to the Dads Army connection in the hope that there would be some sort of memorabilia but not a thing! If I owned the place I would be jumping on the band wagon of it being used as a filming location for such a famous sitcom! Very disappointed really as such a fan of the show.… more
