“Great stay! Definitely stay again!”

Lovely apartment! Spacious, bright, great location, had everything we needed! There was 4 of us, we were not in top of each other at all! 2 bathrooms making it easy to get ready. Loved it!

I had a very enjoyable stay overall at The Spires and would happily consider returning. The apartment itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and well presented. It was well equipped with everything I needed, and the overall experience felt much more like staying in a home than a hotel. That was a real highlight for me, as it allowed me to properly relax and enjoy the flexibility of cooking my own meals rather than relying on hotel dining. There were just a couple of minor issues during my stay. Communication with reception was a little challenging, both before arrival and on the day of departure. The duty manager was friendly and helpful, but as she wasn’t dedicated solely to reception duties, she was often juggling multiple tasks when I needed assistance. Not a major problem, but worth noting for future improvement. I also experienced an issue with hot water on my final night, where I was only able to run a half bath. The first two nights were absolutely fine, so this may have been a temporary boiler issue. A very small detail, but there were only three coat hangers in the wardrobe, which felt slightly limited for a longer stay. That said, these were relatively minor points. Overall, I was very happy with my stay—it provided a comfortable, homely environment and a refreshing alternative to a traditional hotel experience. It really felt like having your own place for the week, which I appreciated.

Excellent location and the staff were amazingly helpful. Fully equipped 1 bed serviced apartment right in the centre of the city. Everything from the city centre is a 10 min walk away. The only thing that let's it down is the apartment is a little tatty in places but don't let that put you off as the rest is excellent. Parking was on site for £20 which by city centre standards for a designated, secure space is good.

A great apartment close to many attractions. City centre, Broad street, F1 arcade, Symphony hall etc all 10-15 mins walk. At the mailbox. Nice size rooms, well equipped a home from home. Bath and shower. Plentiful hot water. Comfortable bed with firm mattress. Easy to access but secure apartment that was quiet despite its distance to the city. Parking (at cost) available in Mailbox, and several others nearby. A few minor things stopped a 5 rating, clock did not work, door handle broken. Other than that a really great place.
