“Ideal Christmas stay”
I was very impressed with the modern, well maintained and comfortable accommodation in a working farm. Our hosts were friendly, and we found it to be a great base for Exmouth and Topsham. We will return!

“Excellent place to stay”
We stayed here over Christmas with a Christmas tree being provided which was lovely. The accomodation is clean, modern and very comfortable. Topsham is very close and a great place to visit. The hosts were lovely.

“Fantastic stay”
We had a lovely time at Courtbrook Farm. The self-catering cottage was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Fantastic Jenny and Phil great hosts. Room warm, clean, comfortable, good price and quiet. Highly recommended. Best accommodation since we arrived in UK. Great location close to Bridge Inn & Dart Farm. Will definitely return
