“Excellent service and value”
We have stayed at The Princess Royal a few times now. The staff are always happy, smiley and very helpful. Nothing is too much for them. The rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need, including a hair dryer and a mini fridge. The restaurant has a lovely vibe and great food.… more

“Excellent Service”
An excellent run pub hotel. Friendly staff, always going above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. Gluten free friendly, they have gluten free alternatives and bread for breakfast if you ask. Great choice on the menus. Dogs are welcome. Great location, close to some … more

“Great but avoid breakfast”
Great rooms . Great Staff but avoid the breakfast the morning chef can’t poach an egg or make decent Eggs Ben. All our eggs were hard and waitress didn’t even ask if it was all ok when plates were left with eggs on. Such a shame !!
