“Great stay with excellent meals”
We had a very comfortable stay at The Swan. It's in a good location close to Ashdown Forest and Forest Row itself is an interesting place. The food was excellent, both in the evening and at breakfast. Very friendly and attentive staff too so overall a great experience.

“Faultless”
Everything was just as it should be. Online check-in and check-out was very easy, the room was quiet and very comfortable and breakfast was first class. The staff were very professional. Excellent value for money and we will definitely stay again.

“Worth a Visit”
The Swan is a great place to stay in Forrest Row it’s right in the centre with its own parking although it’s first come first get a space. The rooms are very nice we’ve stayed 3 times now to visit family. This time we stayed in the Balfour suite which is a nice large room separate from the other … more

Went here today for some lunch after visiting the bluebell railway. Bar team were friendly and service was good, busy but we managed to find somewhere to sit. “Comfortable stay”
Very comfortable suite but sadly not very clean. This was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Breakfast superb.Lunch with friends most agreeable. Staff very kind and helpful. Would be happy to return anytime. Convenient situation
