“Group golf stay”
Stayed 2 nights with a party of 16 golfers. Very helpful and welcoming staff, well equipped room, with comfortable beds, only downside was low pressure in the shower. Excellent food quality and choice for dinner and breakfast. Would recommend this hotel together with the challenging golf courses.

“It's what you expect”
We stayed here for 1 night (room 216) on the 7th September as we had a wedding the next day at Hawkstone Hall. Our room was standard, nice bed and the bathroom was decent. “Don’t bother with food! Actually don’t stay!”
Pros - comfy bed - fast check in Cons - food is terrible, we had a buffet dinner Saturday night where nothing matched. It was very very poor quality as well. Breakfast was equally as awful and not enough choice. Cheapest bread going. Expensive drinks - take your own and have in your room.

“Midweek overnight”
Booked this as we were attending a wedding at Hawkstone Hall and it was apparently the closest one as the hall was fully booked. Check in was uneventful, gentleman didn’t really smile and appeared to not really want to be there. Given minimal directions but found room ok taking just one wrong turn.… more
