“Great customer service from Jar!”
i came in the morning to get a few hours of work done & Jar was so so kind. He kindly greeted me and was polite and checking in throughout! Really refreshing especially on a Monday morning - thank you & an asset to the team! The receptionist was lovely too.

“Quality bedrooms”
Well organised hotel in great location. Can see ongoing works to improve the hotel. Did seem quite empty of other guests during my visit which was great. So far my favourite hotel in Leeds.

“Lovely hotel at a great rate.”
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was a quirky shape with everything I needed. The shower struggled to maintain temperature and the bathroom was a little tired but didn't detract from the rating. The bed was firm but not solid and I sl… more

“Great Experience”
I had a really great experience when visiting Leeds with my son. We had a great stay and everyone was very welcoming. A special mention to a member of staff called Manny in the bar area, he was very friendly and the cocktails were fantastic
