“Friendly staff”
Had a good experience, especially Agata receptionist was very friendly, did go extra mile to help us with the staying, helped us with everything we need, do recommend.

“The experience was so liable and it always made my stay very comfortable and I felt safe.”
The staff was welcoming and appreciatively professional. Especially the Service from Agatha she is a beautiful young lady with a way to accept and express professionalism towards the Guests. The rooms were clean and there was no disturbance throughout my stay and I would really recommend it.

The hotel is handily placed for the M11 and A14. It has a range of shops and restaurants next door, as well as its own restaurant.
