“best hotel I have stayed at for a long time”
This none of the best places i have stayed at staff very friendly rooms clean, food very good will stay here again very easy to find checking in was great.

“Definitely recommend lovely place to stay”
It bit slow to be booked in as I had to join the queue for the bar but once I had key soon forgot the wait Beautiful presented clean cosy quiet felt safe as a solo traveler . Lovely additions to the room with the little extras . Would definitely recommend and stay again.

“Brilliant cafe/pub”
Popped in for coffee and cake this morning and was not disappointed. Delicious lemon and poppyseed cake and a huge cappuccino for a very reasonable price. Lovely setting and welcoming service, thank you! We will definitely be back in the future

“Highly recommend”
Fantastic little place. Room was lovely,cosy and comfortable with all the little added extras! Shampoo conditioner soap tea coffee biscuits and plenty of milk! Parking right outside our lodge. Restaurant is across the little car park, lovely homemade food. Breakfast was amazing too so much choice. … more

Any aspiring hotelier, hotel inspector could learn a lot from this superb inn. Room spacious and comfortable with everything you’d expect plus a nice touch of bottles of water and bag of crisps!
