“Amazing meal, thank you”
What a little gem of a pub. We popped in on Market day for a bite to eat and a drink. We received a warm welcome from the staff. “Character, History and Soul.”
My stay was perfect. A sincerely warm welcome, en suite room was warm and cosy and just right, bed was very good quality mattress and bedding. “Excellent lunch.”
Just opposite one of the cathedral's entrances,this place is a real gem. Staff were helpful,warm and welcoming. My chicken sandwich was probably the tastiest I've had. A real find.Thank you.
