“A great experience at the start of our holiday.”
Lovely hotel and staff are great. Special mention for Mihaela in the Business Lounge - wonderful service and so friendly and attentive. Nothing too much trouble fire her. She's a credit to the company.

“Really nice airport hotel”
We received a free upgrade upon arrival to a business class room with complimentary breakfast. Our whole experience was exceptional. The staff were all great and I’d recommend this hotel if you want to take some of the stress out of your travel plans at Heathrow International.

“Excellent accomodation”
Excellent service from check in to check out. Upgraded to canapés and service from Mihaela fantastic, would definitely stay again, on route home to Australia. Room very comfortable, clean, towels soft, shower and products 10/10. Ease from terminal 4 from walk way a bonus.

It's a convenient hotel that upgraded us to a suite so we had access to tbe upstairs bar with free drinks and snacks where we were served by the friendly waitress Michelle.
