“Home from home.”
Regular guest at this hotel. Would strongly recommend. Friendly staff very good service food very nice. Bedrooms are comfortable and clean. Good night's sleep. Bus and train services close by about 20 minutes to Belfast.

Lovely friendly happy staff. Food, drink, room, facilities all perfect. Local hotels can have a lovely sense of personal connection that bigger ones generally don't achieve.

“Stayed in worse.”
Hotel was in the perfect location for us. But room cleanliness was a little disappointing and the bathroom facilities were slow (running water). Staff not particularly friendly or engaging. Breakfast not good value.
