“Nice Place”
Dog friendly staff and room was great. Currently undergoing renovation but kept out of view although One kept getting riffs of fresh paint. At time of visit, kitchen was from a temp portacabin so allowances should be made for some of the food in restaurant

“We had hoped for more at a 4 star establishment.”
We were very impressed with the facade and location of the hotel, however unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. “Family Visit”
Food was a bit disappointing this time around, the first time in many visits. The Eolas restaurant was being refurbished so we ate in the Cairns. Breakfast not up to usual standard with only the buffet style option however hopefully once the refurb is complete it will be back to usual high standard… more
