“Wonderful experience”
Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. Restaurant staff, especially Rali and Shantil, went out of their way to make our evening meal and morning breakfast a very enjoyable experience. Thank you for making out time in Fort William memorable.

Superb location. Situated beside Neptune Staircase Locks on The Caledonian Canal and views of Ben Nevis and surrounding Munro’s. “A great location, good helpful staff.”
It is a beautiful setting with a revamped management. This hotel has been the subject of negative reviews in the past which my wife and I were aware of before we arrived. And now we have stayed there and seen for ourselves the revamp the hotel has undergone. The staff could not have been more helpf… more

“Not the cleanest and very expensive for what it was”
This is a 4 star hotel and for one night in a standard twin room we paid £205 and an additional charge of £15 per dog. Not sure why it would be £15 for one dog but £30 for 2 as surely the cleaning cost would be the same? Ok, cost aside, check in was a bit weird as there’s no-one on reception and y… more
