“Comfortable, Cosey and Clean”
Stayed here for 3 nights. This place so was lovely, Steve and Cath was so welcoming. The rooms was the 3 C’s Comfortable, Cosey and Clean. All our rooms had Netflix and YouTube which was really good. Breakfast was served every morning and was very tasty! I could not fault this place in any way!

“Excellent ”
This was our last overnight stop having done the NC500. The accommodation was very clean with plenty of information in the room about local restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Would definitely recommend staying here.

“Superb”
Stayed for two nights for a wedding. Immaculately clean, big room with great facilities, superb breakfast and Cathrine and Steve were brilliant hosts. I can’t recommend the Alexander House highly enough. Definitely will stay again next time we’re in Gretna!

“Beautiful stay”
Steve and cath were so accommodating with our stay after having to change our dates for staying for a wedding. They couldn't do enough while we were there and before. The breakfasts were beautiful, the place was immaculately clean and well presented and we would definitely stay there again.
