“Tryst tasting menu”
Thoroughly enjoyed Tryst tasting menu at The Park. Visited on the overnight deal and stayed at Peebles Hydro, which was good value. The food was delicious with paired wines and the staff were warm and welcoming. Looking forward to doing again.

“Weekend break”
We came to celebrate birthdays and booked the Tryst Tasting menu. It did not dissappoint. Menu cook have been chosen for us. Each course, a decent portion, was beautifully presented and so tasty with complimenting wines. Service with faultless. We would come back again for this alone. Only complain… more

“Tryst - fine dining”
We've returned after a year for another amazing experience. Ryan, the chef, prepared perfectly balanced menu which was nicely presented by Alice and Becks. We've enjoyed our evening very much and we will be back again. Thank you!
