“Two night break”
Lovely 2 night stay in this small family run Inn. Accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was served to you, with a good selection of options and was delicious as was the evening meal. We dined twice in the hotel as it was so good. Staff were helpful and very friendly

“Perfect for a relaxing getaway”
We’ve just had two nights here with our doggies and would definitely recommend it! A lovely cosy pub/hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and very friendly staff. “Family trip”
Can’t thank the staff at the Wheatsheaf enough for making our family get together so great. We were a party of 18 and a dog and the staff couldn’t have been anymore accommodating.

“Slightly tired rooms but cozy and the food was wholesome”
A couple of nights. Our favourite was the first when we got to eat in the bar rather than the restaurant. The room was good. Perhaps a bit dated (who uses a DVD player?). The bed linen was frayed and one of the blind toggles was missing but the bed was comfortable and the shower nice. All very clea… more
