“Amazing venue but the terrible service let it down”
We visited 4th April, 2 families totaling 4 adults and 3 children aged 11-15. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the views are amazing even on a miserable day. “Not a 5* experience - disappointed”
Went for afternoon tea - disappointed. Although pre-booked & confirmed staff seemed surprised to see us. Shown to a tiny table which was so small we had to put condiments/used plates etc on floor. “5 star golf courses”
It's a 5 star location but details let it down. Golf courses are excellent. Room was very good. Breakfast was a disappointment. Some might find the food and drink prices poor value for money (when the 10% service charge is aways included)
