“Great little pub with nice rooms”
Stayed one night whilst walking the Wye Valley Walk. Friendly and helpful staff. Room OK but the shower needed attention. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Evening meal OK for a pub but good Covid arrangements.

“No character or ambience ”
Not the traditional village pub we were hoping for! No real character or ambience. Sticky tables and basic drink options, no premium brands. We didn’t eat here; we couldn’t see any menus or evidence of food being served, but it didn’t appeal to us as a place to eat.
