“Lovely staff at Travelodge”

“Another good stay at Travellodge”
Only hotel I've stayed at where you couldn't close the bathroom door. Bathroom door had a poorly repaired hole near the top of the door on the outside, but the issue was the bottom door hinge. The roller catch was broken and the door would not close - therefore the door remained ajar the whole stay… more

“Disappointingly uncomfortable stay”
Two night stay marred by poor room service and poorly maintained facilities. However, the reception staff were all excellent who promptly and efficiently addressed our isuues.
