“Convenient and improved”
The last time I stayed here it was not a good visit but I am happy to say it has improved. The breakfast was much better and the area was kept clean. “Mismanaged”
As a long time diamond member, I am always amused when a poorly trained front desk employee explains to me how a hotel works while the root cause manager stands there and justifies ridiculousness. “No decaf or tea choices?”
There were a few minor disappointments at this particular Hampton Inn. The first was the lack of decaf coffee at breakfast and lack of any tea choices at all—there simply were no teabags.
