“Feels like I'm coming home.......”

“Best customer service!”
My daughter goes to school at JSU and her apartment flooded. I called Hampton Inn to get her a place to stay for a few days while her apartment was being cleaned. Alivia (I think she is the front desk manager) was so king and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us and I'm forever grateful!

“No Dogs!”
Dogs barking in the room next to us, dogs barking in the hallway, dogs barking in the lobby and in the dining area. That's right, in the dining area while people are eating. The people are ignorant. “Need a good visit”
Convenient location and about the only option in town. Didnt have hot water. They kept saying they were having hot water heater and pressure issues. Couldnt seem to fix the problem for our stay.
