I have had no problem with the rooms other than those long smellyhallways. LOL! I was given a suite in August due to no rooms (after I made and confirmed a reservation) but had no fridge, but it was ok I just used my own ice chest. The buffet stinks with the limited choices and the food are canned and untasteful. The staff is helpful and nice, but if not, free I would NOT pay for it. The casino was cool, but I do find it hard to find a waitress at times. I am not sure about the host situation but each time I am mailed a card or contact information I can never make contact. No one calls back or picks up. I also noticed when host are spoken to in person, they are NOT friendly. I been going to the casino since January 2025 this year and yet to get a hot hit, just pushing my funds away, yet my points and rewards are Shrinking. No complaint guess that's why it's called casino win or lose

Hotel is older but well maintained. Front desk receptionist was professional and friendly. All staff offered a GREAT smile. A resort means you won't get a coffee maker, fridge, pool, mic, etc. =You get charged a resort fee for NOT having those things. The pool was closed. My husband mentioned that ice was only available on some floors. Bed was normal hard (I'm so sick of hard beds at hotels). Wi-fi did not have to be reset every night at midnight - nice. Super clean hotel. The outside windows (view of river) was filthy. I would eliminate the resort fee to this place. Unless they need it to help pay for the dunking donuts and the other food place. Casino needs better DRINKS. They have one machine with horrible tasting diet sprite and diet coke. I know these are not the real name brand items. If they are, they are watered down or mixed with extra seltzer. Horrible. Also little itty-bitty cups enough for 3 sips. I will never forget the horror soft drinks I had at that machine. For 3 days. Going for the drawings on weekends is something I will never do again. Packed place. On Thursday I could barely hear the guy over the speakers. And people next to me would not stop playing while names were being called out. Friday night had a lady that spoke clearly and very loud, but still hard to hear. We left drawing nights early. Went back the next morning to play a bit before checking out around 9am, but the place was sprayed down with free breeze to the point where I could barely breathe. At least they didn't ask for my ID and checked my bags every time I walked in like they do in southland. Also be aware that if you park at the end of a row of spots, someone WILL park next to you even though it's not a parking spot. If you don't center your car in that spot, they will park an inch away from you. Lack of outside food is a major down side to visiting Tunica. The area is almost like a desert. There is a family dollar and we bought chips, salsa, bowls without shelling out $50. Wendy's formed greasy chicken sandwich for $4 was a bad life experience.
