Guest Services truly friendly. Went there for my commencement ceremony. Stay here checked in early and was able to enjoy the scenic views of oldtown

The location is great for Scottsdale. We walked to a taco place around the corner and enjoyed lunch while we waited for our room to get ready. “It was an OKAY stay”
The Hyatt Place needs to be renovated. It was an okay stay. The elevators were very slow, and at times not working.
