“Top location and nice room and pool”
An excellent hotel in a great location. A 50yard walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants etc. A very nice pool and sunny surrounding deck.

Walk everywhere from here! Best hotel in downtown Palm Springs. Pet friendly, clean, quiet, newly renovated. No bar on site but there is a stocked food pantry! So BYOB to the pool!

“Lovely Place to stay in Palm Springs”
This is a really nice hotel that is so convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Staff is lovely, rooms are large and comfortable and the pool is ideal size and temperature. Loved it.

“Quiet hotel in the middle of town”
Comfortable room, great housekeeping, well-kept facilities, but A/C just too noisy. In addition to the compressor noise, a persistent rattle made it challenging to watch TV with the A/C on. Really need to invest in a modern split-pac HVAC system here. Otherwise stay was most enjoyable, and lo… more

“Ok to sleep without staying to enjoy pool and other areas.”
Hotel staff is very friendly and courteous. The room as fairly clean. The shower made a huge noise when showering, I guess the valve was defective. Pool area was dirty and concrete floor sticky.
