Such a very clean and friendly hotel! Patrick and then Matt greeted us at the front desk. Exceptional service, explaining things, suggestions where to go. Deb from the bar was very nice. Such a very clean and friendly hotel! Patrick and then Matt greeted us at the front desk. Exceptional service, explaining things, suggestions where to go. Deb from the bar was very nice. And the made to order eggs or omelets were excellent. The rooms were a very nice size, very comfortable beds. I did like how some of the lights turned off when there was no motion for a while. Made it easier to find my way back to bed in the middle of the night. If we were to go again to Denver, this is definitely where we would stay.

“Much better then expected”

Looks like new hotel , modern furnitures , kind of Swedish. Room was nice, it had a sm refrigerator, microwave, sink. Great amount of plugs for our devices, big change compared to the Palace Bathroom was nice , the only thing missing was a handle bar inside the shower for safety. Morning Buffy was included, small but really nice, the lady making the omelettes was very efficient and her homemade salsa was delicious. Chobani yogurt, assortment of bread, figs leaves, etc Plus quite reasonable Will return for sure when we visit our great grandchild FYI , we went grocery shopping in a Safeway, 2$79 for 12 eggs, compared to 6$99on sale for Ca😡

We had stayed at an Elements hotel in Boston just a few months ago and loved it so much we thought we’d try one in Denver for our weekend trip. I’ll just say that if the one in Boston had been like this, we would not have wanted to try another one. The good: it was clean. The room was fairly quiet, except for unruly guests (a very loud, slightly scary fight the first night, then repeated slamming doors the second night at 3 am). I appreciated the secure parking garage. The meh: very few kitchen implements in the little kitchen. It consisted of 3 forks, 5 mugs, 2 plates & 2 storage bowls. When my app asked me how I was doing, I mentioned the lack of kitchen utensils. A few minutes later, a nice employee came with a bunch of pots & pans, which I declined because what I really needed was a knife to cut the apple we had. There was also a language barrier & couldn’t, for the life me remember the Spanish word for knife. No bar of soap in the bathroom. It’s a good thing we bring our own hand soap when we travel. The breakfast. The basic offerings, with the addition of ladies serving up scrambled eggs, sausage, avocado and cheesy potatoes. The coffee was very disappointing. Don’t open the windows, in case yours gets stuck open like ours did. Fortunately my husband was able to force it closed again. Parking is $45 a night. The pretty bad: the air conditioning was not working properly. It got up to 72 in the room & I could not get it to turn on, except for the few random minutes it was on in the middle of the night the first night. Had to just hope the fan on it didn’t quit like it did the first night. I asked at the front desk if there was some secret to make it work & they sent someone up to look. Again, we had a language barrier, so he only looked at the thermostat and said there was nothing wrong with it.
