I regularly stay at Hampton Inns and have found the quality wildly inconsistent. Hampton Inn Montrose is either new or recently renovated. “Midrange, Excellent Hotel”
Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Front desk lady was efficient and had me checked in quickly. The room was clean, quiet and everything worked properly in the room. Breakfast was very good. Good place to stay in Montrose.

We landed in Montrose late at night and to our dismay the car rental counter was closed. “Not worth the cost”
Don’t waste your money, definitely not anything special for what it cost. Room was outdated. Way overpriced. Stayed in a 2 bedroom luxury cabin in Estees Park for a lot cheaper.
