“It was cold and snowy. I had been havinga rough day and Silvia lightened the mood while servicing me”
Silvia took excellent care of me and made it a very welcoming stay. I wanted to stay just to interact because it felt like home. She was thoughtful and kind. Hotels should clone her everywhere! Thanks Silvia! I hope the Marriott is treating you well!
