Overall it was good. The room was large and clean with a full kitchen. Here's my main gripe, I checked in at 2:30 at a self check in kiosk. Towards the end of the process it asks if you want to check in now for $20 or wait. That's not the way it's supposed to work.. If a room in your booking class is ready they check you in. It's just another crappy money grab and it should not be accepted. There was a person checking someone in next to us so I complained.. He literally said "but this is Sentral". Wtf is that? If you're OK with that then book here, otherwise do not.

Let’s start with the absolutely sterile 2 bedroom apartment. No warmth of any kind with furnishings, decor and layout. Additionally there was little light and the room faced a building over the metro mover. There were two posters mounted and no floor coverings anywhere. The USB connections in the bedroom did not work. The grout in the showers needs to be redone and the showers should have grab bars. The one couch in the living room area (no other chairs unless you brought in the chairs on the deck over the metro mover) was filthy with large stains. The check-in at lobby level did not provide us with WiFi info nor was there any info in the room. Also, at 4:00 pm check in time our room was not ready. We had to trek down to ask for WiFi info as well as returning the door keys which needed to be used to access the elevator or the P floor. The pool was unusable and we were told that it had not been heated for months. This included the Jacuzzi which was also very cold. In order to get any view or any natural daylight, you needed to access the P floor. On our second day we asked the housekeeping service and her cart for towels and we were told firmly “NO” and that if we wanted more towels, we needed to go downstairs and request them from the concierge. The beds were comfortable, the coffee on lobby level good. But do treat this as a short stay and try to stay out of the room for most of your time. Not a welcoming, attractive experience. Pictures on their website do not give you the true experience of the rooms.
