“Rock star service”
We had a short stay here mainly to maximise the use of the universal express unlimited passes . Room was spacious , the little coffee bar on site lovely and the luxury of the little water taxi to the parks . Service was incredible throughout our stay . Would revisit in a heart beat

“Double Clogged Sinks at Check-In”
Upon arrival- both sinks were clogged and had standing water. It was late (we checked in and went straight to dinner before going to the room) and we had kids, so we were not able to switch rooms.
