“Rooms was good, definitely suggest microwaves in the suites but definitely great experience”

Everything was quite amazing from the Rooms to the experience to the Staff . The location was very close and clean. The atmosphere was amazing. The value was definitely great. Also, I do suggest that with birthday packages a little more should’ve been added, but it was definitely a great experience.

Always a great time! Check in line causes just a little delay but probably because we are excited to get to the fun. They’ve improved that process by removing park only guests and sending them straight to the water park to not clog up the line. This was our 1st experience utilizing the scheduled events and we had a blast playing bingo and doing the craft and attending the end of the day dance party. All of the staff from entry to exit have such a happy and helpful vibe! Always hate that there are no microwaves and wish the food price was just a tad bit more reasonable. Otherwise we absolutely love it here and will continue to come back again and again!

We recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and, unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations, especially when it came to dining.The biggest issue was the lack of transparency and overall value. Even after purchasing full meals for both adults and kids, there are no drink refills. Instead, you’re expected to buy a souvenir cup. There’s no simple “just buy a drink” option, which feels unnecessarily restrictive and frustrating. Considering the pricing, it just doesn’t add up. Adult meals range from about $22–$27, and kids’ meals are around $11–$13—yet still no refills. For families, especially larger ones like us, this quickly becomes expensive. It really feels like they’re nickel-and-diming guests at every turn. We also purchased the “Ultimate Package,” including the advertised “$200 dining package,” and it simply wasn’t worth it. Lunch alone for our family of six was about $150 for very basic food and that’s before adding drinks, which significantly increased the total. The value just isn’t there. Another thing to note: if you plan on ordering adult beverages, skip the food stations and go straight to the bar. Drinks like Long Islands are pre-made at the stations, watered down, overly sour, and not even filled to a full cup. At the bar, you pay the same price but get a freshly made, better-quality drink. Ask for an adult to make your drink not young teenagers. Beyond dining, the property itself could use some improvements. The hallways had a noticeable damp, “wet dog” smell, which made the environment feel less clean and maintained than expected. Overall, Great Wolf Lodge has potential, but between the high costs, lack of transparency, and areas needing upkeep, it didn’t feel like a good value for what we paid. Definitely something to consider before booking—especially if you’re traveling with a family.
