“Great Location and very clean rooms, lobby ”
This location was perfectly located for our "Auburn Museum Tour", all within a 10 minute drive. The rooms, lobby, landscaping were all taken very good care of. “Second visit ever at a Tru motel. Good choice.”
We weren’t sure where it was, is is a little out of the way compared to the cluster of motels in Auburn. It seems rather new. The price for one night was fair. “Non-traditional hotel exceptionally clean”
The room was exceptionally clean and in great condition. Traveling for business, there are things I like which were missing: no in-room coffee pot, no in-room microwave, no easy chair or sofa. “Average”
We were greeted warmly upon arrival. Qe were not thanked for being rewards members. Once we got to the room, this is where the problems begun. The room was freezing. “Cramped”
The rooms were small, which was compounded by the bed frames which were too big for the mattresses, which led to more than one of us hitting our shins on the corner. I wasn’t a fan of the bathroom, either. Not a great shower, and subpar soap and shampoo. It was clean, and the service was good.
