“KIERA is amazing!”
Beautiful and clean hotel! All the amenities made it feel easy with 4 adults and 8 kids! We had one little hiccup during our stay. Our tv didn’t work in our room. “Top notch customer service!”
I checked in at midnight and thus met Joshua, the night shift manager. To say that he went above and beyond would be an under-statement. My booking was problematic but he was undaunted. He kept at it until the matter was resolved. Hat off to Josh!
